To meet the growing demand, Dowd Home Improvements Ltd. was incorporated in 2004 to provide superior service for residential windows, doors, siding and decking.

Dowd Roofing Inc. takes pride in taking a professional approach for projects, both simple and complex. Our jobs range from simple porch roofs to the installation of high tech synthetic materials on large commercial, industrial and institutional centres. Our plant contains 20,000 square feet of warehouse space, and our fleet has 25 service vehicles, making us capable of undertaking virtually any roofing challenge.

Dowd Roofing Inc.’s primary focus has been on clients in Saint John and Southern New Brunswick near our headquarters, but our experience is built on diverse projects we have completed for our customers throughout the Maritimes. Our employees include qualified journeymen and apprentice roofers and sheet metal workers with government certifications. Our estimating and project management employees are Gold Seal certified. All of Dowd Roofing Inc.’s employees are bonded, and we operate with up-to-date liability insurance in addition to maintaining current WorkSafeNB coverage.

Dowd Roofing Inc. is committed to safety and has had the honour of receiving accolades from the St. John Historical Society. We incorporate this commitment into everything we do. All employees are trained for safety in accordance with all applicable regulations and industry best practices through the New Brunswick Construction Safety Association. Dowd Roofing Inc. is proud to have achieved the NBCSA Certificate of Recognition for our auditable safety program.
